Meet Joe

My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and adaptability, and always tailored to your unique context and goals. Whether you're stepping into leadership for the first time, navigating a crisis, or leading through complex organizational change, I bring a caring presence, sharp perspective, and deep respect for your journey.  At the core of my coaching philosophy is a foundational belief: every person already possesses the internal resources needed to become the leader they aspire to be.

 

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Certified Delivery Expert in People Skills and Navigating Conflict through the Effectiveness Institute. For the past eight years, I’ve also served as an adjunct professor in the Educational Leadership Department at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where I’ve had the privilege of guiding emerging leaders.

 

On a personal note, I’ve been happily married for 31 years and deeply value time with my family. I’m also a passionate rock climber and fly fisherman, and I have a lifelong love of learning that keeps me exploring new ideas and perspectives.
